Our approach to donation refunds and cancellations.
If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days with your transaction details, and we will review the request.
Monthly donation commitments can be cancelled at any time by contacting us — future charges will stop; no partial refunds are issued for already-processed instalments unless made in error.
For manual payment errors (bank transfer or UPI), share your transaction/UTR reference with us so we can verify and process a correction or refund where appropriate.
