Our Story
Sadhana Health Home Care Trust was founded on 29 December 2017 by Dr Sadhana Thakur, a visionary leader dedicated to uplifting underprivileged communities and addressing critical social issues. We are a registered trust (Reg. No. 8548) based in New Delhi, South.
Our mission is to create a positive impact on the lives of children, women and youth by providing accessible education, healthcare and employment opportunities — using high-quality, low-cost, repeatable interventions that close real gaps in underserved communities.
From free health checkup camps and home nursing to blood donation drives, tree plantation and skill development, our work spans healthcare delivery and social upliftment in equal measure.
Slum and rural communities, underprivileged children, women, the elderly, and homeless families across Delhi NCR — with special attention to the girl child during emergencies.
